I would like to release the VMF for my half life 2 short but sweet mapping competition, so I will be posting it shortly

For all of you that didn't know "A Venetian Welcome" is the map i'm talking about. IT recently won first place but I only had 35 days to work on it. Now it seems that I am very bored and would love to see what others can do to make it a fantastic level... I will be releasing under the MIP section so subscribe to me if you would like to take a stab at it... (or if you would just like to take my unique buildings that I created off of the level. Since I know thats what most of you will be doing)

Have fun. Enjoy. I ask only that my name is credited to anyone who uses the content in the map. I will also post the folder with the songs that I used to make the map. so insert that into your sounds folder and your vmf into your sdk content hl2 folder.

    use the MiP section not the WiP section when releasing VMF files

    Can always use more singleplayer reference material on-site. Some of us folks still like the old days of stalking corridors alone and not with a team of kids behind you :P

    Started and stopped a few experimental singeplayer maps myself to play with ideas, may just take a look at what you've got and start up a new little project to entertain myself.

    So I finally got glasses..yay?

    No problem. I added the 3 custom songs that were added to this map. Also There is the original BSP file and the VMF I will edit this post in a few to add the link for the MIP.
