How to decompile Orange Box version models?

Hello, I want recompile one model, model to decompile Orange Box model I open .mdl with HEX editor and change "IDST0" to "IDST,", mesh and skeleton exports normally(http://rghost.ru/34469251), but animations is damaged, how to decompile without this bullshit(http://rghost.ru/34469261)?

    Exporting animations can be a bit of a hit-or-miss affair, depending on the model; you could try decompiling again, or use a different decompiler.
