Combine Korin V2 by J.Barnes

Install instructions: Place the materials in materials/models/player/ & materials/models/Humans

Place the MDL files into models/humans/group03. These models will replace female rebels 03 & 04.

Q&A

"Will these models work in deathmatch/HL2 Episodes/Smod?" Absolutely. Just follow the same install path for all of the games.

"I already have the korin replacement installed, what do I do?" I hexed the models so that they use different filepaths for the textures. It wont override the Alyx replacement but one of the models WILL override the original female 04 replacement that Nkinta made.

Programs used: XVI32 Hex Editor Photoshop 7

Your combine Korin is a good looking character with a nice uniform , her eyes are amazing , like them quite a bit , I have been trying to build an all girl Hl2 , I have been able to replace almost all the side characters , male and female , with combine Korin, bikini Korin , Bulma , Charlie Vigor and Dark Elf for Alyx , I'm having trouble changing over males #8 and #9 they keep coming up as invisible every time I try to switch them out , I have no idea what will happen if I could switch out important characters like Barnie , Kleiner or Eli , I'm pretty sure the game will break if i do that I noticed little glitches when I started switching the guys out and they are just minor characters . Anyway thank you for the good work on Korin . The only improvement needed that I can think of is the ability to exchange her for more game characters .

I'm extracting the files to my hl2 folder and they aren't working. What am I doing wrong?

P.S. I have the GCF Version.

How to use this skin in GCF version? I mean the resources are packed in *.gcf files.

The file is updated. Female_03 is fixed and as an added bonus I threw in hexed versions of both models for Garry's Mod.

Pros: Creative with the idea of an operative. Cons: Looks like a droid. Funny how a Combine symbol is on something not Combine. Improvements: IDK, never looked into Korin stuff.
