NPPGCS without logo

This is a quick edit of the NPPGCS, now without logos + a bonus

This is a quick edit for Nova Prospekt Prison Guard Combine Soldier, what does that mean?

Now is like the combine soldier, they have only the combine soldier logo on arms, so I removed the nova prospekt logo from NPPGCS' arms.

This is just a quick edit, not a bug fix.

This comes with a replacement for with my NPPGCS for Combine Soldier.

Have fun using it!

I've added support for my NPPGCS, the Shotguner variant now looks the same, but now works too for DX8 users, but don't worry, still works on DX9 and higher versions.

    Very usefulness skin because only "halfers" can find changes here or people who read description
