Improved city vista

The original city vista didn´t really fit the sunlight since it was kind of blueish, was way to iluminated to be war torn city and was low res

I reduced and changed the tone of the lights, and made an attemp to increase the resolution, from 512 to 1024, the skybox has also been edited a bit.

I´m trying to get better at skinning, so I might make an improved version, I´d like to see a really nice texture for this
